He not only complied with our nitty gritty details and somewhat complicated situation, but also provided extremely affordable services. One of our roommates needed to get her stuff early from storage—and with EMS it was no problem. In fact, they sorted and pulled her goods so that she didn't have to go through the whole storage container to retrieve just her stuff. Also, they take a picture of your loaded storage containers for you after they've delivered your goods to the actual storage site so you can rest assure that all your belongings are safe and sound. “I'd like to personally thank Mike,
Dave and their highly professional and efficient crew at EMS for making
this move the best one of all. Let me explain. I'm a twenty year U.S. military veteran with plenty of relocations under my belt. And if you're reading this testimony, you're probably experiencing the same anxiety, nervousness and foreboding feelings I've felt in all of my prior moves. I'm a civilian now, so having to pay for my own out-of-state relocation only exacerbated those feelings. When I contacted EMS, Mike seemed to have single-handedly erased all of those unwanted thoughts. When Dave and the EMS crew came in to pack-up and move all of my family's precious items, it was confirmed that those unwanted thoughts were erased. I was present for the entire process and EMS packed all of it with great efficiency and care. All the goods were removed from my Chicago condo, loaded into their transport vehicle downstairs, driven to the container shipping facility up by O’Hare (a separate transportation company), and unloaded everything into three mobile containers. All this was completed before my condo's allocated elevator move-out time even expired!
